Kristen is the Owner/Founder of Renew Massage Therapy. She brings over 15 years of bodywork experience combined with 20 years as a Respiratory Therapist to the practice. Working with clients to manage their pain and helping them heal has been her professional life's mission. Her approach is focused on a moderate pressure application to stimulate the awakening of the nervous system followed by total muscular relaxation to settle the mind and body. A complete and thorough intake allows for a proper understanding of the client's needs and development of an ideal treatment plan to optimize outcomes. Her specialties include Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Cupping, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Breathwork, Hot Stone Application and Reiki.

Morgan Walker, LMT
Morgan brings to Renew Massage Therapy her diverse medical background with a degree in Physical Therapy and a License in Massage Therapy. Her 10 years working in Physical Therapy combined with Massage Therapy training gives her extensive knowledge of the human body both structure and function. She prides herself in working with each client to provide a personalized and focused treatment plan. Her specialties include Orthopedic Massage, TMJ Dysfunction Treatment, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Work, Manual Stretching, Cupping, Targeted Muscle Work and Pre/Post Natal Massage.

Elizabeth Rakovan, LMT
Elizabeth has a degree in Social Science with 10 years of experience working in Social Work prior to attending Massage School. She now has nearly 10 years of massage experience where she has developed a long list of specialty modalities. Her specialties include Sports massage, Deep Tissue Work, Passive Stretching, Neuromuscular Trigger Point Therapy, Targeted Muscle Work, TMJ Dysfunction Therapy, Accupressure, Migraine Relief Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Reiki, Reflexology, EFT Tapping (emotional freedom technique on meridian points) and Shiatsu. Elizabeth makes total client care her top priority and prides herself in creating treatment plans to meet every client's individual needs.
